The Ojibwa Casino Resort Baraga was first opened by the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community in 1985 as the Pressbox Bar and bowling alley. It originally hosted a few blackjack tables but over time grew to have hundreds of slots and several game tables.

In 2019, Ojibwa Baraga finished extensive renovations that involved total casino updates. A new table games pit was installed along with a new bar hosting additional tabletop games. Ojibwa Baraga also added the new rewards club and cage and completely renovated the Lucky 7s restaurant. Further renovations to the hotel are also ongoing. Currently, the hotel offers 40 rooms, including two jacuzzi suites and a swimming pool. There is also an RV park with electrified spots available.

The Lucky 7s restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They offer an American-style menu with fried fish, ribs, and roast beef. They also offer special holiday menus, such as an Easter Ham plate with mashed potatoes, gravy, and veggies.

The Press Box Bar & Grill is open for lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks. It also offers multiple entertainment options, such as sports games on multiple televisions, a dance floor, and an eight-lane bowling alley.
